On October 4, 2010, Weeks & Associates observed the steel deck attachment and wire
mesh reinforcing for the structural basement slab. Observations indicate the deck
attachment and wire mesh reinforcing was in substantial accordance with the
structural plans for the project.

On September 7, 2010, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the
foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the foundation steel
reinforcement is in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the
project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the electrode had been placed in
accordance with the recommendations by NEC.
