You are hereb-y notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins
The 2009 International Building Code Section 105 1 adopted by the City of Fort Collins
regarding the construction and replacement of entry stairs at the above referenced address
without the proper permits in place prior to construction This requires a City of Fort
Collins licensed contractor plans and application of permit by the date listed below
Failure to comply may result in the revocation of the Certificate of Occupancy and or
fines
These Code violations shall be corrected by
If you can not comply within the time limit specified please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000 00 per
day per violation
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered you will be issued a
court summons without further notification
