I Marco Sampaio, owner of the property 3177 Kingfisher Court authorize -Bill DeForge to apply
for an "After the Fact" building permit. The permit will be for a Wet Bar and bathroom addition
that was completed around August of 2010 by a contractor that did not pull a permit for such
installation. My goal is to have the City of Fort Collins perform the necessary inspections to
assure the installation meets the current Residential Building code guidelines and obtain a
certificate of occupancy after inspections have been approved. I have reviewed the plans and
application to confirm the information is correct to the best of my knowledge. Please feel free to
