RE: Zoning Report Request
To Whom It May Concern:
Per my conversation with Peter today, enclosed please find a check for $25 for a zoning letter for Pavilion
Shopping Center, a four -building retail property located at 4366 South College Avenue in Fort Collins. We
are in the closing process on a loan refinance of the property and the Title Company requires a zoning
letter in order to issue the required zoning endorsement.
The Title Company requested that the zoning letter contain the current zoning for the property, that the
present use is a permitted use, and that there are no outstanding zoning or building code violations.
have enclosed a zoning report that was prepared for us last year — if you are able to provide something
similar for the Pavilion Shopping Center it would be much appreciated. Please address the report to:
