Based upon our limited on -site observations, the foundations were constructed and the observed steel appeared to have been placed in general accordance with the provided plans and specifications. It should be noted that our observation services were performed on an as -requested basis, and only when requested by the above -listed client or their designated representative. Terracon's services do not include surveying of the locations or elevations of foundations elements. We offer no opinion regarding material and/or construction not observed by Terracon representatives. This left r is provided solely for the benefit for the above -listed client and does not impact in any way Me rights and obligations of third parties. including contractors and subcontractors who may have provided the materials and/or construction services observed.
