On July 7 2010 Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced
site Observations indicated a 4 diameter perforated pipe had been placed around
the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit in the
center of the basement The drainpipe installation Is in substantial accordance with the
perimeter drain recommendations for the project In addition the ex eno the
basement foundation walls had been damproofed

On June 26 and 30 2010 a representative of Weeks & Associates observed footings
and foundation wall steel at the referenced site Observations indicate the footing sizes
and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered
foundation plan for the project by WeOKS & Associates in a i ion e e ctrode had
been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC
