Bathroom Remodel — variance request
I own and occupy'a home built in 1923, and am planning 'to remodel the main floor
bathroom:
The current toilet spacing between the wall and the adj'6mi g-lavatory is 26.5-inches. I
expect to gain some additional spacing (: 1 to 3 inches) with a new tub and smaller
lavatory but still may not meet the 30 inch spacing minimum. -
I an requesting relief from this minimum requirement. I will endeavor to hit or come as
close as possible to the code .requirement and want to avoid problems if I come, in below.
