Per your request, a representative from Straight Line Design Inc performed an inspection at the above
referenced address This inspection was completed on July 1 2010 The purpose of this inspection was to
confirm that all of the structural applications in regards to the construction of the new roof system located
over the east end of the existing residence were completed within general conformance of the specifications
provided within our previous report and detail Job no 10 1393 dated May 20 2010 or per our verbal
recommendations
Upon completion of our inspection we have determined that all structural elements within the new roof
system were completed as requested Our inspection and this report confirm that the framing of the new roof
system were completed as written and/or verbally specified Please note that the local building Jurisdiction
will be required to perform an additional inspection to confirm that all code applications have been
satisfactory completed
