Re Framing Observation of Floor System Basement Window Cut Outs & Interior headers

Dear Mr Magnusson
As requested by you, we performed a limited visual observation of the main floor framing the
basement window cutouts and interior opening headers at the above referenced residence
It is our opinion that the new framing of the floor system and it s supporting headers over openings
along with the basement window cutouts are in general conformance with the recommendations by
Crown Engineering llc as outlined in our previous letters The framing as outlined was to support
general office load requirements per IBC 2006
The conclusions and recommendations presented in this letter are based solely on our visual review
of portions of the described structure Our review was limited to the items described in this letter
and is not intended to cover mechanical electrical environmental mold site grading architectural
or other structural features of the building unless noted otherwise
