The permit #131000532 will expire on August 2, 2010 I would like to respectfully ask for an
extension of 180 days
The reason, The carpet and base board, smoke detector and carbon Monoxide detector are not
installed I am applying for the permit on the final segment of the basement to be finished We
would like to wart for that completion so the carpet will be the same throughout the entire
basement not tiled
