Remodel project at 2868 Blue Leaf Ct Ft Collins
Kitchen and Dining
1 Remove all of the appliances and plumbing
2 Remove all cabinetry Install all new cabinetry, appliances, and
plumbing
3 Install new countertops
4 The appliances and plumbing are staying in their present location
5 Add more can lights, under cabinet lighting, and decorative lighting
6 Move the HVAC trunk line from the kitchen into the garage and extend
the heat runs to the new trunk line
Laundry
1 Remove the appliances Replace with new washer and dryer
2 Remove the vinyl flooring and replace with the
3 Add a water line for the new steam dryer The washer and dryer are
staying in their present location
Master Bath, Powder bath, and hall bath
1 Remove all cabinetry and replace with new
2 Remove all plumbing and replace with new (sinks, tubs, showers
etc )
3 Replace all lighting and add more lights
General
I Remove and replace all carpeting and refmish the hardwood floor
2 Repaint all the rooms of the house
3 Replace the sidelights at the front door and repaint the front door
4 Upgradetthe;xistingv1+00_�AMP,,,eldctncar ersvice to the house with a
new 4150 AMP service
