Gentlemen
We have visually observed the damproofing and perimeter dram being installed around the
exterior perimeter of the basement of the home under construction at the above referenced
location
The dram consists of 4 perforated pipe It is placed around the basement perimeter and covered
with approximately 10 plus or minus of 1/2 or less graded gravel
It is our opinion that the damproofing and perimeter dram as installed is an adequate means of
drammg any ram or irrigation water that may filtrate down to the basement elevation of the
home

We have visually observed the footing sizes at the residence under construction at the above
referenced location
It is our opinion that the footing sizes and widths were in general conformance with the foundation
plan drawn by Carson Design Studio llc and Crown Engineering llc Job No 29 01 10 01

We have visually observed the concrete foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at the above referenced location
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was m general conformance with the foundation plan drawn
by Carson Design Studio llc and Crown Engmeermg 11c Job No 29 01 10 01 dated March 15
