This letter is regarding work done at the above address Apparently, there was an
oversight on the procedures pertaining to the required inspections and the sequence of
work. If A will help rectify the situation I am including our scope of work
• Converted garage area to hallway, bedroom and bathroom
• All new circuits wired to' existing" panel
• All new circuits to be arc fault protected or GFI protected as required
• Added smoke detector in bedroom and carbon/smoke detector outside of
bedroom
• Provided electric baseboard heater wiring for new areas
