We have visually observed the concrete foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at the above referenced location
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Carson Design Studio, llc and Crown Engineering, llc , Job No 29-01-11-01

Re Perimeter Dram and Damproofing Observation at 732 Maple St, Fort Collins, CO
Crown Engineering, llc , Project No 29-01-11-05
Gentlemen
We have visually observed the damproofing and perimeter drain being installed around the
exterior perimeter of the basement of the home under construction at the above referenced
location
The drain consists of 4" perforated pipe It is placed around the basement perimeter and covered
with approximately 10" plus or mmus of 1/2" or less graded gravel
It is our opinion that the damproofing and perimeter dram as installed is an adequate means of
draining any rain or irrigation water that may filtrate down to the basement elevation of the
home
