The above site was personally inspected on May 25, 2010 The site indicates the existing
window that is to be removed and replaced with an approved "egress window" is located
on the east side (south) side of the house The existing window has a wooden header
covered by lap siding The new egress window will require no disturbance to this
existing header and is therefore approved for replacement The foundation is concrete
block covered with stucco and in good condition No structural concerns were seen
In addition, an existing window on the North side of the house will be removed and an
egress door installed No problems can be seen here other than to be sure any drainage
problems are dealt with by installing a floor drain in the entree with a gravel pit below
