RE Footing and Foundation Inspection
2232 Ballard Lane Maple Hill Subdivision Fort Collins CO

Gentlemen
As requested I inspected the footing formwork footing reinforcing steel and ufer ground
connection at the subject single family residence At the time of this inspection the
footing formwork and the placement of reinforcing steel were in substantial conformance
with the design drawings prepared for this structure I also observed the installation of a
20 long piece of reinforcing steel tied to the footing reinforcement to be utilized as a
Ufer ground The footing inspection was performed on March 31 2010
The foundation wall formwork and reinforcing steel were inspected on April 2010 At
the time of this inspection the foundation formwork and placement of reinforcing steel
were in substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure

RE Foundation Damp Proofing and Perimeter Drain Inspection

As requested I inspected the foundation damp proofing for the subject property on
April 2010 The foundation perimeter dram was inspected on April 5 2010
Based on these visual inspections it is my opinion that these items were installed in
substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure

As requested I inspected the reinforcing steel for the interior concrete slabs for the
subject property on April 2010
Based on visual inspections it is my opinion that the reinforcing steel for the interior slabs
was installed In substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this
structure
