Dear Mr Hanson
The following report serves to document our lumted material sampling at the building
located at 115 Sylvan Ct Fort Collins CO on March 24a' 2010 As per your request
Dave Turney a Certified Asbestos Building Inspector (CDPHE # 16724) of Century
Environmental Hygiene LLC (CEH) collected samples of specified materials at the
above location The following materials from the indicated locations were analyzed by
an NVLAP accredited lab for asbestos content

Please note that the scope of the inspection only included testing for asbestos materials
and no other hazards such as lead based paint, radon mold or otherwise were included
The testing that was requested was only for the indicated location(s) and no testing of
other locations was included If only part of a building component (such as a flood cut
area at the bottom of a wall) is indicated to us for testing the result does not have any
meaning for the rest of the component which remains PACM The test results cannot be
extrapolated to other locations in the building so no information can be inferred as to
whethei other materials contain asbestos or not Disturbance of any other materials
should not occur unless they are sampled and found to be negative for asbestos content
All accessible suspect materials in the designated areas were sampled however hidden
materials such as linoleum felt remnants or linoleum under sub flooring was outside the
scope of testing This report is prepared solely for your use and reliance on it by any
other parties is not authonzed and all liability for unauthonzed use is disclaimed
Laboratory reports with the pertinent results are attached If you have any questions
please let me know
