Project No. -05-3-108 Dear Mr. Lee: Kumar & Associates, Inc. conducted on -call observation and testing for the building foundation footings, reinforced concrete foundation and walls, structural masonry and structural steel at the subject site. Results of our observations and associated materials tests were reported in daily report form and have been previously submitted to your office. A summary of the services and associated dates are as follows: 1. Earthwork: 4/15/05 through 6/7/05. 2. Foundation Reinforcing Steel and Concrete Testing: 4/22/05 through 6/23/05. 3. Masonry: 5119/05 through 6/10/05. 4. Structural Steel: 6/30/i05 through 8/19/05. Based on our scheduled observations during the time period noted, it is our opinion that the foundation earthwork, reinforced concrete, masonry, and the structural steel observed and documented have been constructed in substantial compliance with the project plans, specifications or corrective recommendations of the Engineer, with the exception of any exclusions noted.
