I was able to review Stock Plan 1683 which shows the floor joists and
roof trusses in this quadrant of the house all running front to back
Hence your proposal seems adequate without requiring engineering

The attached photo shows where we would like to install a new basement
window at 3232 Chase Drive This is on the south east corner of the
house
We would go with (2) — 9 %: micros for the header 2 trimmers on
each side
and 1 king stud on each side Let me know if this seems adequate or if
engineering is necessary Thank you for your time
