REGARDING: 334 EAST MULBERRY
An inspection was made on June 7, 1973 by William Waldo and Paul
Michaud of the residence at 334 East Mulberry. The following are
the finding of this inspection;
1. Required hand rails on front entrance missing.
2. Drainage fittings for kitchen sink in bad condition.
3. No pressure relief on water heater.
4. No. 1 bedroom on second floor has less than sixty
square feet of floor area. In addition this room has
a stairway to the attic which would be a hazard unless
blocked or guarded.
5. No. 2 bedroom approximately two hundred square feet
has four beds.
6. No. 3 bedroom has an area of approximately 125 square
feet and has two beds. The only window in this room,
when considered alone is too small. It should be noted
that bedroom No. 2 & No. 3 are in fact one room of 325
square feet with six b dds, two doors and three large
windows.
7. Bedroom No. 4 has an area of approximately 67 square
feet.
8. An exterior stairs is provided from the second floor
but does not conform to code because of rails and
guards.

specifically reserved to owner and were not consider-
ed in this report.
