To whom it may concern:
I am having major surgery in the near future and need to move into a ranch style house
because I will be unable to climb stairs for about a year.
The house located at 134 North Shields in Fort Collins is a ranch style house, but before I
move in the roof will need replaceing due to a water leak caused by the last hail storm.
