To Whom It May Concern:
Field reports given to contractor were misplaced.
A site visit for open hole and footing forming and reinforcing was made on or about July 8,
2004. No exceptions were taken. The perimeter drainage system may be omitted at builders
option.
Forming and reinforcing for walls was inspected on July 26, 2004. No exceptions were taken.
Damp -proofing and perimeter drainage system installation was observed on August 9, 2004.
All work was complete and in accordance with design documents.
