We have visually observed the concrete foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at the above referenced location This observation was performed on
March I I , 2009
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Crown Engineenng, llc , Job No 78-01-04-01, dated January 20, 2009

Re Foundation wall Damproofing Observation for 6109 Estuary Ct , Fort Collins, CO

Gentlemen
We have visually observed the foundation wall damproofing installed around the extenor
penmeter of the basement of the home under construction at the above referenced location
The damproofing consists of the DMX Flexsheet system coupled with the ICF forms used dunng
foundation concrete work The system consists of a High Density Polyethylene barrier that
drains moisture down to the extenor perimeter drains of the home
It is our opinion that the damproofing has been installed to meet the general requirements as
recommended by the manufacturer and per generally accepted construction practices

Re Exterior Perimeter Drain Observation for 6109 Estuary Ct , Fort Collins, CO

Gentlemen
We have visually observed the perimeter drain being mstalled around the exterior perimeter of
the basement of the home under construction at the above referenced location
The dram consists of 4" perforated pipe covered with a permeable sock It is placed around the
basement perimeter and covered with approxmiately 10" plus or minus of 3/4" or less pea gravel
It is our opinion that the perimeter dram as installed is an adequate means of drammg any ram or
irrigation water that may filtrate down to the basement elevation of the home

It is our opinion that the footing sizes and widths were in general conformance with the foundation
plan drawn by Crown Engineering, I Ic , Job No 78-01-04-01 dated January 20, 2009 and revised
on March 2, 2009
