Collins, CO 80524 B0 yo Re: Foundation, damp proofing, and perimeter drain Inspection Lot 35 Cottonwood Ridge Subdivision (1157 Picard Lane) Fort Collins, CO. Gentlemen: Inspections were done of the cassions, foundation walls, and foundation drain at the referenced location. All observed cassions, wall dimensions and reinforcing steel met the specifications for size, type and installation per foundation plan prepared by Landmark Engineers. The perimeter foundation drain and damp proofing was installed in general conformance with the foundation plan and connected to developer installed subdrain.
