Dear Mr. & Mrs. Guernsey:
On August 4, 2008 we visually observed the foundation wall and footing pad reinforcing placed in
the forms for the addition being constructed at the above referenced residence . It is our opinion the
reinforcement was in general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project Number 1239-01-01B,
and our recommendations for minor field modifications as required by site conditions.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
