The garage of the residence is at rear and faces north, .Based on our observation. ironing on both sides of the garage return walls at the garage door is offset relative to the Erertical face of the fottndat c,n wain.
During our visit we noted the folio -wing:
1 West garage return , •all is broken 4"-5" from east end of the fo-tndation wall. The fracture
extends 4" below top of The wall and exposed anchor bolt due to the fracture was notes{.
2. Sill p?ate along east garage wall extends beyond the end cf the return -vall 2"
3- Top exterior particm of the foundation wall at oast return wall "s chipped, The fractured section i 4"x. 4" wtd exPOSe�'-' anchalr bolt was noted.
