On December 1, 2003, Weeks & Associates observed the foundation wall steel at the
referenced site. The foundation wall steel reinforcement and void form placement were in
substantial conformance with the plans for the project.

Gentlemen:
On November 11, 2003, Weeks & Associates observed the drilled pier construction for the
residence at the referenced site.
Six piers at the south side of the basement level were observed. Observations indicate the
piers observed were completed in substantial conformance with the plans and
recommendations for the project.
