Colorado CDS Project No. 03-2509 Dear Marls; On March 24, 1 inspected the above noted building for purposes of reviewing the support of the roof girt system. During this inspection of the roof gizu, I did not observe any girls viewed to have excessive deflection_ The roof apparently has been leaking during precipitation events. Repair of the leaks may be undertaken weather permitting. No structural modification is recommended at this time.
