RE: Structural Inspection for stores located at 1110-1128 W. Elizabeth St.,
City of Fort Collins, Latimer County. Colorado
CDS Project No. 03-2509
Dear Marls;
On March 24, 1 inspected the above noted building for purposes of reviewing the
support of the roof girt system. During this inspection of the roof gizu, I did not observe any
girls viewed to have excessive deflection_ The roof apparently has been leaking during
precipitation events. Repair of the leaks may be undertaken weather permitting. No
structural modification is recommended at this time.

Unsafe Building status issued after a snowstorm in March of 2003.
