Personnel from this office observed the applied damp proofing and perimeter drain materials on
November 1, 2004. The observed damp proofing and perimeter drain system material was found
to be in general compliance with the recommendations set forth in the foundation plan, Project No.
STOHOM-4G6I-12-327, dated August 19, 2004, prepared by Landmark Engineering Ltd.
