to demonstrate compliance with the Fort Collins Energy Code as a condition for receiving a. building
permit fee reduction of $75 upon issuance of the building permit for the home to be constructed

I understand that all other applicable provisions of the Fort Collins Energy Code, including
following the Fort Collins Insulation Guidelines, submitting an insulation certification form and a
HVAC certification form, obtaining a completed "InsulationInspection" performed by City staff, and
submitting a final program conformance certification will be required prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy for the above home.
. Further, I hereby acknowledge that plans demonstrating conformance to program criteria or
rating must be submitted to the Fort Collins Building and Zoning Department in order to obtain an
"Insulation Inspection", and that failure to use any of the energy rating programs named above and
meet the respective established minimum criteria for compliance will result in forfeiture of the $75
building permit fee reduction provided hereunder and compliance with the Fort Collins Energy Code
must be demonstrated before a Certificate of Occupancy is authorized by the City.
