Gentlemen:
On August 20 and 23, 2004, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and wall steel at the
referenced site.
Observations indicate the footing sizes, footing reinforcement steel, and foundation wall
reinforcement steel were in substantial conformance with the recommendations and foundation
plan for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 23323.
