Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 25, Westbrooke 2nd, (1414 Sheep Creek Court), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on August 16, 2004.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Job No. 1092-82-16-01.
