HomeMy WebLinkAbout1414 Sheep Creek Ct - Special Inspections/Engineering - 08/19/2004SCOTT, COX & ASSOCIATES, INC. consulting engineers August 19, 2004 Bronsert Construction 3500 Bomar Avenue Loveland, Colorado 80537 Project No: 1092-82-16-03 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 25, Westbrooke 2nd, (1414 Sheep Creek Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on August 12, 2004. It is our opinion that the forms widths, void placement, and steel reinforcing for the pads were in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Job No. 1092-82-16-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
