Per your request on October 6, 2004 we have reviewed the details on our Shear Wall Plan, Scott,
Cox & Associates, Inc. job no. 1526-30-02-01, dated 2/11/04 and subsequently revised 7/6/04. The
two shear wall details shown on job no. 1526-30-02-06, the revision, are standard details that are not
applicable to the above referenced plan. All other notes and recommendations should be followed
per the plan.
The conclusions and recommendations presented in this letter are based solely on a review of
portions of the referenced plans. Our review was limited to the items described in this letter and is
not intended to cover mechanical, electrical, environmental, mold, site grading, architectural, or other
structural features of the building unless otherwise noted. No visual observations were made.
