Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
131, Registry Ridge, (1421 Reeves Drive) subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on July 1, 2004.
It is our opinion that the form widths, void placement, and steel reinforcing for the pads were in
general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Tech Engineering, Plan No. 04-0347.
No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing
locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
