Dear Mr. Landers:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 5, Block 1, Meadows at Redwood 1 st, (624 Lupine Drive), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on December 11, 2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Job No. 3230-10-01-01. In addition, the measured top of
foundation was 4962.9 based on the benchmark located on the lot.
