OBSERVATIONS
Weather: Seasonal
In general, the concrete forms were properly set and free of debris. The width of the wall footings
and isolated pads were consistent with the requirements of the engineered foundation plan
prepared by this office. The vertical reinforcement dowels were located adjacent to the forms,
ready for placement.
