Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms for the wall cap to the rear
basement wall at the residence under construction at Lot 172, Registry Ridge 3rd, (1502 Sea
Wolf Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April
16, 2004.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation
specifications furnished by the client.
