Terracon's services were provided on a part-time basis, during March 31, 2004 to June 1 6, 2004. observed for Lot 78, Unit G (building type C5), by Terracon were as follows: • Exterior structural wood shear wall nailing patterns and sheathing types. • Roof sheathing and nailing patterns. • Hold-down depth, type and general placement for designated shear walls. • Exterior and interior strapping between floors for designated shear walls. • Interior structural wood shear wall nailing patterns and sheathing types. • Interior gypsum board shear wall and partition wall nailing patterns and sheathing types. • Double layer gypsum board of Garage ceiling fastener patterns and sheathing types. e items listed above were not able to be observed'at certain times during construction. Based on our observations, it is our opinion that the above work generally conforms to approved plans an J specifications provided to Terracon for this project (SCA Consulting Engineers, project number 21288, Construction issue date 09/27/2002, Sheets S0.02 and S6.07, S6.07A, and S6.07B; and 1997 U C, Tables 25-G and 25-H).
