Mr. Barber,
The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address. This
letter is to notify you that I recently performed an inspection of this property, the purpose of
which was to confirm compliance with the Non -Owner Occupied Housing Standard as adopted
by the City of Fort Collins.
The following items are considered to be violations of the Standard and I hereby order that
corrections be made. `
1. Replace corroded water piping as needed to provide adequate water supply at all
plumbing fixtures. Currently the kitchen and bathing faucets provide only a trickle of
water.
2. Repair all plumbing leaks at the main water supply and at the water heater.
Items 1 & 2 will require that a licensed plumbing contractor perform all repairs and submit back
to me documentation that repairs have been made.
3. Repair damaged floor at master bathroom.
4. Remove and dispose of 5 gal bucket of oil sludge under front deck.
5. Provide proper support of front deck removing the car jack support. Install 4x4 posts at 6'
intervals at all main beams.
Due to the sanitary concerns of insufficient water supply, items 1&2 are to be completed on or
before 8/25/03 by a licensed plumber as described above. Items 3-5 are maintenance items and
are to be completed within 30 days of the date of this notice.
Failure o comply with this order will result in legal action to abate the, violations.
