Fort Collins Building Inspection
Subject: B0206709 for basemen entry and window installation at 319 S. Grant Avenue.
The work has been completed in accordance with the drawings submitted. The steel reinforcing bar was
installed as specified in the walls for the entry. I note that the landing at the bottom of the steps is finished
like a redwood deck, reducing the bottom riser to match the other 7 inch risers (this was noted by plan
review). Steel guard rail and stair railings are installed.
I hereby certify that the project is completed properly and as designed.
