To whom it may concern,
City records indicate that Investors Properties are the owners of the above referenced address and
The Old Town Athletic Club is the operator of this space. This letter shall serve as notification
that you are in violation of the Uniform Building Code Section 109.1 for allowing occupancy of
this space without final approvals and Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
I hereby order that you submit all necessary paperwork and obtain final approvals and CO on or
before August 8, 2003. Please be advised that if the CO is not issued by August 8, 2003, I will
take all steps necessary to abate the violation, up to and including disconnection of utilities and
issuance of a summons, to all parties, to appear in municipal court.
In order to issue the CO, all City departments must release final approval. The building
department will require an engineer's report that the ventilation system is providing the 4000
CFM of outside air as designed on the approved plans.
