sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
THE 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE SECTION 106.1 REGARDING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SUNSHADE AT THE ABOVE REFERENCED ADDRESS
:WITHOUT PROPER PERMIT IN PLACE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION AND
SECTION 107A ALLOWING AN APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO EXPIRE
WITHOUT OBTAINING SAID PERMIT.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 08/01J2004 .
