I understand that all other applicable provisions of the Fort Collins Energy Code,
including following the Fort Collins Insulation Guidelines, submitting an insulation certifcatioil
farm and HVAC certification form, and obtaining a completed "Insulation Inspection"
Performed by Cite- staff -, ill be required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the
above home.
Further, I hereby acknox;ledge that failure to use either of the energy rating programs
named above and meet the respective established minimum criteria for compliance will result in
forfeiture of the $75 building permit fee reduction provided hereunder.
