Deer Doug: ^
At our field iwPccthm on July 1, 201'.13, a framing item were discussed with the contractor
concerning the column wrP as indicated on Section F /A? and note relating to the support of H3
headers on sheet 1,42. Field conditios,;s provide a revision to butt the 2x 129 into the column, and
support the headers from beneath wii'h a double 2x6 column wrap. The ceiling support for the
2olx3or- can be attached to the 2'lx12s with conventional henmers.
On July 7. we discussed the nailing 'on
apt sr:heduie +vi CarfFentcr Harold with Norse Constnuon.
The 3" nails called out in the $peciflc„rtions with penetrate the top flange about w inch. I have
Harold to use 2 'W - 0.131" Ma nails on the revised spacing. 6" spacing reduces to 5"
ff," gpacing is reduced to 10 % " and at,n spacins redoces to 3 V.-, '
If y"ve any questions please give me a call.
