On September 10, 2002, Hearne Construction Inc. observed the installation of the foundation wall
reinforcing and concrete pour for the above referenced project.
Observations indicate the fiarnrlation wall reinforcing and pour was in substantial conformance with the
plans and specifications for the project. See foundation plan submitted for the above permit
number.
