Remove all existing wall signs and install new signs for Spa World. Individual letter sign on west is 26 sf, individual
letter signs on north and south are 11.76 sf each. Neon tubes on west are 2 sf total.
As a condition for the issuance of a permit, I hereby declare that I am an owner or the owner's agent, authorized to perform the proposed work on the property
