To Whom it may concern:
The gas pipe at 1217 W. Magnolia was re-routed to accommodate the change
in building plans. Due to the weather, said pipe was installed without time to
wait for inspection. Gas piping was tested at 10psi. for 30 minutes with press-
ure not dropping.
