A representative of Terracon observed the interior and exterior footing sizes and wall
steel reinforcement for the above referenced project on February 27 and March 2, 2004,
as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the interior and
exterior footing sizes and wall steel placements were constructed in general accordance
