Gentlemen:
On August 1, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the interior
perimeter of each basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit at the south side of each
basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.
